Northwest Outfitters & Outpost Camps
We are a small and private outpost camp, open all year and located on an island on Shoal Lake, which is a more remote region of Ontario's Lake of the Woods. In the summer, the camp is only accessible via a 23 mile high-speed boat ride through beautiful islands, Ash Rapids and into breathtaking Labyrinth Bay on Shoal Lake.
We have great fishing for
Walleye ,
Muskie ,
Northern Pike ,
Smallmouth Bass ,
Largemouth Bass ,
Lake Trout,
Whitefish,
Perch and Crappie. We also have some of the best hunting in Northwestern Ontario with great populations of
Whitetail Deer,
Black Bear,
Wolf,
Grouse, Ducks & Goose.
Our lodge is also ideal for family vacations with lots of activities in the summer such as hiking, canoeing, swimming or just relaxing by the lake. In the winter, we have snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and ice-fishing.
Our accommodations are clean and comfortable with many amenities you do not find at most other outpost lodges like hot & cold running water, showers or a sauna. Please explore our web site and have fun.
